Note:
1. Продовжити строк дії Договору на час, достатній Покупцеві для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного – 2018 року та викласти п. 10.2 Договору у такій редакції:
“10.2. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до моменту завершення Замовником процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року, а саме до 31.01.2018 р..”
2. Погодити збільшення ціни Договору на суму, яка не перевищує 20% від суми визначеної за ним у 2017 році (залежно від фактичних обсягів фінансування Замовника) і буде остаточно узгоджена Сторонами в окремій Додатковій угоді.
