Відповідно до п.З Додаткової угоди №3 від 16.01.18 Сторони домовились, зменшити суму Договору на 581 грн.71 коп. Пункт 1 Додаткової угоди №3 від 16.01.18. до Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «сума, яка не перевищує 20 % від суми, визначеної в п. 3.1. Договору (зі змінами) складає 1066,45 гри. з ПДВ. (Одна тисяча шістдесят шість грн. 45 коп.)» Пункт 2 Додаткової угоди №3 від 16.01.18 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Кількість Товару (послуг або кількісні характеристики виконуваних за даною Додатковою угодою) 440 кВт.год.» У зв'язку з виконанням всіх зобов'язань Сторони домовились розірвати Договір №112 від 02.03.2017р з моменту підписання даної Додаткової угоди
