На підставі п.п. 1 п. 19 Особливостей, яким передбачено зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, Сторони уклали Додаткову угоду та домовились внести зміни до Договору виклавши пункт 2.1. розділу 2 Договору; пункт 1.3. розділу 1 Договору та Додаток 2 в новій редакції.
Ціна Договору становить: 455273,90 грн. з урахуванням ПДВ 20% – 75878,98 грн. (без ПДВ – 379394,92 грн.).
Теплова енергія постачається Споживачу у кількості: 95,67826 Гкал..
