У зв’язку з необхідністю забезпечення безперебійної роботи підприємства на початку 2023 року, керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 11.2. Договору № 39-22ВТ від 16.05.2022 року, відповідно додаткової угоди до договору від 20.12.2022 року, Сторонами було продовжено дію договору про закупівлю на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, але на строк не більше ніж до 19 травня 2023 року включно, та з метою забезпечення дотримання вимог бюджетного кодексу Сторони домовились:
1. Визначити загальну кількості послуг що будуть надані на початку 2023 року, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю та становить: 265 600,00 грн (двісті шістдесят п’ять тисяч шістсот гривень 00 копійок) в тому числі ПДВ-20% - 44 266,67 грн (сорок чотири тисячі двісті шістдесят шість гривень 67 копійок).
