Note:
1. Згідно п. 6.2 Договору «Підрядник» та «Замовник» дійшли згоди внести зміни до п. 6.1 Договору № 89 від «12» жовтня 2023р.
2. Сторони домовилися внести відповідні зміни до договору Підряду та викласти п. 6.1. Договору в наступній редакції «ПІДРЯДНИК зобов’язується виконати роботу у період з моменту підписання цього Договору по «30» квітня 2024 року, з правом дострокового виконання».
3. Інші умови вищевказаного Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по ним свої зобов'язання.
4. Дана Угода складена у двох оригінальних примірниках, по одному для кожної із Сторін.
5. Дана Угода набуває чинності з моменту підписання його сторонами.

2. Сторони домовились внести відповідні зміни до договору Підряду та викласти п 6.1 договору в наступній редакції "ПІДРЯДНИК зобо'язується виконати роботи у період з моменту підписання цього Договору по "14" червня 2024 року, з правом дострокового виконання"
3. Інші умови вищевказаного Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по ним свої зобов'язання.
