У зв’язку з коливанням ринкових цін на газове паливо «пропан і бутан, скраплені» на ринку, що підтверджується довідкою № 125/14-12, яка видана «13» квітня 2017 року КП ДТПП , Сторони домовились і вирішили, згідно з пунктом 2 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», пунктом 2.2. Договору, змінити ціну за одиницю Товару (але не більше ніж на 10 відсотків) та у зв’язку з цим збільшити ціну за одиницю товару на 0,51 грн. з ПДВ.

У зв’язку з коливанням ринкових цін на газове паливо «пропан і бутан, скраплені» на ринку, що підтверджується довідкою № 276/14-12, яка видана «21» серпня 2017 року КП ДТПП України , згідно з п. 2 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», п. 2.2. Договору, змінити ціну за одиницю Товару (але не більше ніж на 10 відсотків) та у зв’язку з цим збільшити ціну за одиницю товару на 1,15 грн. з ПДВ.
