Сторони домовились внести наступні зміни, при визначенні ціни (тарифу) електричної енергії, у відповідності до постанови НКРЕКП.
Викласти п. 5.1 та 5.2. в новй редакції, а саме:
Ціна за 1 кВт-год електричної енергії складає - 2,07463 грн., з ПДВ.
Загальна вартість (ціна) цього Договору становить - 243 358,24 грн., з ПДВ. В додатку №1 до Договору № 44/1080 у п. 2. загальний обсяг постачання електричної енергії складає 117 302 кВт-год

Сторони домовились внести наступні зміни до Договору при визначені ціни (тарифу) електричної енергії за 1 кВт-год у відповідності до постанови НКРЕКП, та викласти п. 5.1; п. 5.2 в новій редакції, а саме: Ціна за 1 кВт електричної енергії становить - 2,36210 грн, з ПДВ; загальна вартість (ціна) Договору становить - 243 354,35 грн, з ПДВ. Note:
У відповідності до постанови НКРЕКП №1329 від 11.07.2020 року, сторони домовились внести зміни в Договорі № 44/1080, у разі встановлення в договорі про закупівлю порядку таких змін у п. 5.3.7, та визначати ціну (тариф) електричноії енергії 2-го класу за 1 кВт-год за ціною -2,36210 грн, з ПДВ. Сума договору зменшується на - 1,82 грн., з ПДВ. Загальна вартість цього договору становить - 243 354,65 грн., з ПДВ. Обсяг постачання електричної енергії на 2020 рік, зменшується на - 2891 кВт-год, та становить - 106 310 кВт-год.
У зв'язку з техінчною помилкою при розрахунках, додаткова угода №5 від 10.08.2020 р. до Договору №44/1080, вважається скасованою за взаімною згодою сторін та припиняє свою дію. Всі інші положення договору, в які не було внесено змін даною додатковою угодою №6, залишаються незмінними.

Сторони домовились внести зміни за Додатковою угодою №8 до Договору №44/1080 від 23.12.2019 року. у зв'язку із внесенням змін до Постанови НКРЕКП від 10.12.2019 року №2668, керуючись положенням п.7 ч.5 ст.41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" та викласти п. 5.1, п. 5.2. Договору в новій редакції, а саме: п.5.1. Ціна з 1 кВт-год електричної енергії 2-го класу становить - 2,44914 грн, з ПДВ; п.5.2. Загальна вартість Договору становить - 185244,08 грн., з ПДВ.
Обсяг постачання електричної енергії споживачу на 2020 рік становить - 81156 кВт-год.

В зв'язку зі зміною ціни за одиницю товару до 10% у грудні 2020 року
(пропорційне збільшення ціни за одиницю товару), що підтверджується ціновою довідкою у разі коливання ціни такого товару на відповідному ринку, сторони керуючись положенням ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" домовились зменшити суму договору на 24800,02 грн, з ПДВ , фактична сума договору становить - 160444,06 грн., з ПДВ. Обсяг закупівлі електричної енергії у 2020 році становить - 70496 Квт-год
