Сторони домовились зменшити суму договору (залишок суми) на 45 276,66 грн. (Сорок п'ять тисяч двісті сімдесят шість гривень 66 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ – 7 546,11 грн.
Відповідно, домовились внести зміни до пункту 3.1. Договору, а саме: «Ціна цього Договору становить 207 623 грн. 34 коп. (Двісті сім тисяч шістсот двадцять три гривні 34 копійки), в тому числі ПДВ – 34 603 грн. 89 коп.».
Про що сторони уклали Додаткову угоду № 3 від 26.10.2026 року.
