Ціна природного газу за цим Договором визначається за 1000 куб.м. 7 841,70 грн. Крім того, ПДВ (20%) – 1568,34 грн. Ціна природного газу до сплати за 1000 куб. м. – 9410.04 (дев’ять тисяч чотириста десять грн. 04 коп.) грн. Загальна сума договору зменшиться на 2350,80 грн. та становить 395 809,20 грн. (триста дев’яносто пять тисяч вісімсот дев’ять грн. 20 коп.) грн. (з ПДВ) Загальний обсяг природного газу за Договором: 42000 м.куб.

1. Враховуючи вимоги визначені частиною 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25 грудня 2015 року №922-VIII ( зі змінами), Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди укласти цю Додаткову угоду про продовження строку дії Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі та викласти п.11.1. в новій редакції «Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання та діє в частині постачання природного газу з 11 березня 2019 року до 31 березня 2020 року, а в частині проведення розрахунків до їх повного виконання.»

Враховуючи частину 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25 грудня 2015 року № 922-VIII (зі змінами), Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди укласти цю Додаткову угоду про продовження строку дії Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, а саме: обсяг складає 6326 куб.м. за 1000 куб.м. газу з ПДВ 9410,04 грн., загальна вартість додаткової угоди складає 59527,91 грн.(п’ятдесят дев’ять тисяч п’ятсот двадцять сім грн 91 коп) з ПДВ.
