У зв’язку з відсутністю у Замовника бюджетних асигнувань у 2022 році на виконання робіт з виготовлення проєктно-кошторисної документації (робочого проєкту) по об’єкту: "Капітальний ремонт мереж зовнішнього освітлення вул. Довженка (від вул. Чорновола до вул. Народної Волі) в м. Хмельницькому" Сторони прийшли до взаємної згоди внести зміни в Договір № 29 від 08.02.2022 викласти пункти 2.1., 8.1., 11.1 до Договору в новій редакції : 2.1. Сума бюджетних асигнувань на 2022 рік становить 0.00 грн; 8.1. Строк виконання проєктних робіт до 15.04.2023 року; 11.1. Договір набирає чинності і вважається укладеним з моменту його підписання Сторонами та діє до 31 грудня 2023 року; Сторони узгодили викласти в новій редакції Договірну ціну, що додається до цієї Угоди та вважається вважаються невід'ємною частиною Договору.

Довженка (від вул. Чорновола до вул. Народної Волі) в м. Хмельницькому" Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни в Договір № 29 від 08.02.2022, виклавши пункти 2.1., 8.1., 11.1 Договору в новій редакції : "2.1. Ціна за цого Договору визначається на основі договірної ціни та кошторису і становить 41309.00 грн. без ПДВ та ПДВ 8261.80 грн. Разом 49570.80 грн. з ПДВ. Сума бюджетних асигнувань на 2023 рік становить 0.00 грн; 8.1. Виконавець зобов'язується до 15.04.2023 р. передати Замовникові результати проєктних робіт; 11.1. Договір набуває чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до 31 грудня 2024 року; Сторони узгодили викласти в новій редакції Договірну ціну, що додається до цієї Угоди та вважається вважаються невід'ємною частиною Договору.
