1. Внести зміни до Договору в розділ VII «Строк дії договору», виклавши їх в наступній редакції: 1. Цей Договір є укладеним та набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами і діє до «31» грудня 2021 року. Сторони домовились, що умови даного договору застосовуються до відносин, які фактично виникли між сторонами з 01.01.2021 року (керуючись ч.З ст.631 ЦК України), а в частині проведення розрахунків по Договору - до повного їх виконання.
