1. У зв’язку зі зменшенням обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Замовника, відповідно п.1 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», суму договору зменшити на 587,15 грн. (П’ятсот вісімдесят сім грн. 15 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 97,86 грн. та викласти п. 2.1 розділу 2 Договору в наступній редакції:
«п. 2.1 Ціна цього Договору становить 3162,85 грн. (Три тисячі сто шістдесят дві грн. 85 коп.) (викласти цифрами та словами), у тому числі ПДВ 527,14 (П’ятсот двадцять сім грн. 14 коп.) (викласти цифрами та словами).

Керуючись ч.5 ст.36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі послуг з передавання даних і повідомлень на початку 2018 року, а саме до 31.03.2018 року включно, а в частині розрахунків до повного виконання зобов'язань за цим договором.
