Відповідно до п. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», та п. 3.12. договору № 104 від 08.02.2019р. у зв’язку зі значним зростанням ціни на закупівлю ДК 021:2015 код 15530000-2 «Вершкове масло» (вершкове масло вагове не нижче 72,5% жирності в/г), відповідно до експертного висновку з Чернігівської регіональної торгово-промислової палати №ЧК-279 від 22.05.2019року (копія додається), що підтверджено протоколом засідання тендерного комітету від 19.07.2019р. №1148. Сторони внесли зміни, збільшили ціну товару на вершкове масло вагове не нижче 72,5% жирності в/г не більше ніж на 10% (9,9 %) . Ціна постачальника на вершкове масло вагове не нижче 72,5% жирності в/г становить – 109,85 грн./кг. в т.ч. ПДВ.

2. Сторони підтверджують, що на момент припинення дії додаткової угоди між ними немає неврегульованих спорів з приводу його виконання, а також будь- яких невиконаних сторонами зобов’язань, в тому числі по оплаті.
