Note:
Покращення якості предмета закупівлі на підставі Акту невідповідності від 30.01.2022р. 30.01.2023р було отримано генератор, який був предметом закупівлі і був вказаний в договорі, проте заводом-виробником було змінено характеристики обладнання (зменшено потужність генератора до 20кВт), внаслідок чого товар який було доставлено нам не відповідав технічній специфікації закупівлі (22кВт), тому ми відмовились від його прийняття. Так як згідно Договору було передбачено і здійснено нами передоплату, - було прийнято рішення вимагати від Постачальника поставку товару (генератора) з належними характеристиками (без зміни ціни Договору). Відповідна Додаткова угода була підписана 15.02.2023р з терміном поставки більш потужного генератора до 28.02.2023р.
