Сторони домовились внести зміни до договору у відповідності до ч.5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а саме: 1. Викласти п.1.1., 1.2., 1.3. статті I «Предмет Договору» в наступній редакції: «1.1. Постачальник зобов’язується передати у власність Споживачу у січні-лютому 2018 році природний газ (далі – газ), а Споживач зобов’язується прийняти та оплатити вартість газу у розмірах, строки та порядку, що визначені Договором. 1.2. Плановий обсяг постачання газу у січні-лютому 2018 році – до 3,44 тис.куб.м.»
