З урахуванням підпункту 3.4.1. пункту 3.4 Договору та на підставі наданого ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКОМ
вмотивованого звернення про проведення попередньої оплати від «02» вересня 2022 року Вих. №25
ЗАМОВНИКОМ проводиться попередня оплата в розмірі 100 (сто) відсотків від ціни Товару, вказаної
у Специфікації (Додаток № 1 до Договору), на підставі оригіналу рахунку на оплату. Примітка: закупівля здійснювалась відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28 лютого 2022 р. № 169 (зі змінами). Підстава "покращення якості предмета закупівлі, за умови що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю" обрана з технічних причин з метою здійснення оприлюднення інформації в системі у зв'язку із відсутністю в електронній системі підстави, яка відповідала б предмету додаткової угоди.
