Зобов’язання Споживача щодо взяття бюджетних зобов’язань за Договором виникають при наявності кошторисних призначень на відповідний період. 1.5. Станом на « 31 » січня 2017 р. наявним бюджетним асигнуванням Споживача відповідають обсяги постачання природного газу в кількості 1106000 м3, у тому числі по місяцях та кварталах: Місяць Обсяг, м3 Місяць Обсяг,м3 Місяць Обсяг,м3 Місяць Обсяг,м3 січень 300000 Квітень 11000 Липень - Жовтень 10000 Лютий 270000 Травень - Серпень - Листопад 14000 березень 85000 Червень - Вересень - Грудень 290000 І квартал 655000 ІІ квартал 11000 ІІІ квартал - ІV квартал 440000 1.6. Загальна сума Договору 9`398`036.00 грн (дев’ять мільйонів триста дев’яносто вісім тисяч тридцять шість грн. 00 коп. ), в тому числі ПДВ 1 566 339 грн 33 коп.(один мільйон п’ятсот шістдесят шість тисяч триста тридцять дев’ять грн. 33 коп)
