Виникла необхідність внести зміни в результаті звернення учасника щодо перенесення строку поставки медичного обладнання в зв’язку з обставинами, що склалися сьогодні в світі та в Україні, а саме пандемія COVID-19, в зв’язку із запровадженням карантинних заходів, затримкою поставки безпосередньо виробниками обладнання, щодо Договору
№2020\58-Т від 05.06.2020 року, укладеного між Державним підприємством «Укрмедпроектбуд» та Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю «АЛТ УКРАЇНА ЛТД» - строк поставки до 01.10.2020 року відповідно до п.4. ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»

Зміни до договору №2020\58-т від 05.06.2020 року, укладених між Державним підприємством «Укрмедпроектбуд» та Товариством з обмеженою відповідальністю «АЛТ Україна ЛТД», в результаті звернення постачальника, що пов’язано з тим, що дане обладнання використовується в ПЛР діагностиці, а виробництва працюють, в першу чергу, на внутрішній ринок країн виробників, в тому числі затримці термінів поставки обладнання сприяє продовження карантинних обмежень епідемії COVID-19, саме тому виникла необхідність продовжити строк поставки товару до 01.11.2020 року.
