Враховуючи Постанову КМУ від 17 лютого 2021 р. № 122 (зі змінами), Постанову КМУ від 26.05.2021 р. за № 521, Постанову КМУ від 28.10.2021 р. № 1153, Постанову КМУ від 15.09.2021 р. за № 978, керуючись пунктом 3 частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», сторони з метою покращення якості предмета закупівлі, домовились про уточнення договірної ціни, відповідно до затверджених бюджетних призначень та пункт 3.1 Договору викласти у новій редакції. Керуючись п.4 частини 5 ст. 41 Закону «Про публічні закупівлі», враховуючи п.5.1 та п. 10.4 Договору, Сторони домовились про подовження строку (терміну) надання послуг та строку дії Договору по 31.12.2022 року та викласти пункт 5.1, пункт 10.1. у новій редакції.
