Залишок недофінансованих коштів по проведеній процедурі закупівлі становить - 1 375 120,00 грн. (один мільйон триста сімдесят п’ять тисяч сто двадцять гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ. Відповідно до пункту 5.4. Договору у зв’язку недофінансуванням коштів продовжити термін дії договору.
1. Пункт 3.1. розділу 3 „Ціна договору” доповнити словами такого змісту:
В 2019 році виділені кошти з місцевого бюджету для виконання робіт складають 21 000,00 грн. (двадцять одна тисяча гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ.
2. Пункт 12.1. розділу 12 «Строк дії договору» викласти в наступній редакції:
„12.1. Цей Договір вважається укладеним і набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами, скріплений печатками та діє до «31» грудня 2020 р. а в частині розрахунків до повного його виконання.”
