1. Сторони відповідно до п. 8 ч. 5 ст. 41 та ч.6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» у зв’язку із продовженням договірних відносин на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, домовились:
1.1. Продовжити строк дії Договору до 28.02.2021 року .
2. Усі інші умови Договору, не передбачені цією додатковою угодою, залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують щодо нього свої зобов’язання.
