2.Розділ 13 до Договору № 52/463 від 04.04.2021р. ,доповнити пунктом 13.8
« Відповідно до п.6 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» , дія Договору може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20%(двадцять відсотків)суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році.»
