На підставі частини 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», сторони домовились:
Пролонгувати дію договору до 28.02.2019 року в обсязі 152 тис. грн (сто п’ятдесят дві тисячі грн. 00 коп.), що не перевищує 20% від суми фактично сплачених коштів у 2018 році згідно актів виконаних робіт, та викласти пункт 3.1 Договору у редакції: «3.1. Початок 01 січня 2018 р. Закінчення 28 лютого 2019».
Пункт 6.5 викласти в наступній редакції:
«За порушення строків виконання робіт по договору Виконавець сплачує Замовнику пеню у розмірі 0,5% суми за обслуговування 1 одиниці обладнання за кожен день прострочення».
