Note:
24.06.2022 року уповноваженою особою було виявлено механічну помилку, допущену при заповненні полів при публікації додаткової угоди №2 від 25.05.2022 до договору №б/н від 31.01.2022. У віконці з ціною договору залишилось значення попередньої ціни – 103 864,98 грн., яке не було замінене на нову ціну – 105 843,80 грн.
У зв’язку із необхідністю приведення ціни договору №б/н від 31.01.2022 до відповідності зі змінами, що внесені додатковою угодою №2 від 26.05.2022, уповноваженою особою прийнято рішення: виправити в електронній системі публічних закупівель Prozorro механічну помилку, а саме: внести зміни до ціни договору №б/н від 31.01.2022 в електронній системі закупівель та вказати вірну ціну - 105 843, 80 грн.
