Відповідно до пункту 1 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» на підставі п. 4.4. договору на підставі зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, Сторони дійшли згоди про зменшення суми договору на 53 999 249,95 грн. (п’ятдесят три мільйони дев’ятсот дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч двісті сорок дев’ять грн. 95 копійок)
1. Внести зміни в п. 3.1 Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна договору становить: 39 360 307,61 грн. (тридцять дев’ять мільйонів триста шістдесят тисяч триста сім грн. 61 копійка.) в т. ч. ПДВ 6 560 051,27 грн. (шість мільйонів п’ятсот шістдесят тисяч п’ятдесят одна грн. 27 копійок ) у тому числі:
- КПКВК 1416030 КЕКВ 2240 – 36 754 319,61 грн. (тридцять шість мільйонів сімсот п’ятдесят чотири тисячі триста дев’ятнадцять грн. 61 копійка) в т. ч. ПДВ 6 125 719,94 грн. (шість мільйонів сто двадцять п’ять тисяч сімсот дев’ятнадцять грн.94 копійки)
- КПКВК 1418340 КЕКВ 2240 – 2 605 988,00 грн. (два мільйони шістсот п’ять тисяч дев’ятсот вісімдесят вісім грн. 00 копійок) в т. ч. ПДВ 434 331,33грн. (чотириста тридцять чотири тисячі триста тридцять одна грн. 33 копійки).»
