.Сторони, керуючись нормами ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» ч.5 ст. 36, чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії даного Договору до 31.03.2020 року, на строк, достатній проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, а в частині проведення розрахунків – до повного їх здійснення.

Сторони, керуючись нормами ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору №5 від 28.01.2019 року до 31.03.2020 року для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, а в частині проведення розрахунків до повного їх здійснення.
