Керуючись пунктом 8 частини 5 та частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», п. п. 7.2., 7.3. договору № 219 про закупівлю послуг за державні кошти від 25 травня 2021 року (далі – Договір) сторони прийшли до взаємної згоди перший абзац пункту 2.1. Договору та додаток 2 до Договору викласти в новій редакції.
