Відповідно до частини 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2023 року Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму договору на 640458,00 (шістсот сорок тисяч чотириста п'ятдесят вісім) гривень 00 копійок, в тому числі ПДВ 20% - 106743,00 грн., що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в
цьому Договорі .
