Note:
Відповідно до п. 11.5.4. Сторони домовилися п. 10.1. Договору № 236 від 09.11.2021 року викласти у наступній редакції:
«10.1. Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання і діє до «31» грудня 2022 року, а в питаннях розрахунків до повного їх проведення».
Зміна бюджетних призначень: п.3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 2 620 200 грн. 00 коп. (два мільйони шістсот двадцять тисяч двісті гривень нуль копійок), в тому числі ПДВ 436 700 грн. 00 коп. (чотириста тридцять шість тисяч сімсот гривень нуль копійок), з яких фінансування відбуватиметься:
• За бюджетні кошти – 1 115 000 грн. 00 коп. (один мільйон сто п'ятнадцять тисяч гривень нуль копійок) у 2021 році;
• За власні кошти – 1 505 200 грн. 00 коп. (один мільйон п’ятсот п’ять тисяч двісті гривень нуль копійок) у 2022 році».

П. 4.1. Договору № 236 від 09.11.2021 року викласти у наступній редакції:
«4.1. Повний розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюються за фактом постачання за встановленим графіком платежів, а також відповідно до поданих Замовнику Постачальником належним чином оформлених документів установлених п. 4.4 та п. 5.4. Договору.»
Розділ 4 Договору № 236 від 09.11.2021 року доповнити наступним пунктом:
«4.5. Постачальником та Замовником, встановлено графік платежів, який передбачений п.4.1. цього Договору. У зв’язку з тим, що Замовником станом на дату укладення цієї Додаткової угоди було сплачено 1 115 000,00 (Один мільйон сто п’ятнадцять тисяч гривень нуль копійок), то залишок ціни Договору, передба-чений п.3.1. Договору сплачується за графіком сплати вартості товару:
