Note:
Відповідно до Постанови Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у
сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг від 09.11.2017р. №1391 викласти пункт б.ідоговору у
наступній редакції: “Розрахунки за теплову енергію проводяться в грошовій формі згідно
рахунку-фактури та акту звіряння взаєморозрахунків на розрахунковий рахунок
Теплопостачальної організації по тарифу для бюджетних установ встановленого з 29.11.2017р. у
розмірі 1306,644 грн. за 1 Гкал (з ПДВ) згідно Постанови Національної комісії, що здійснює
державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг №1391 від 09.11.2017р.
Нові тарифи не є предметом узгодження між Теплопостачальною організацією та Споживачем,
нарахування з застосуванням нових тарифів проводяться з дати встановлення, зазначеної в
відповідній постанові про встановлення тарифу.

Збільшити суму Договору на 51 700,00 грн. у т.ч. ПДВ 8616,67грн. Загальна сума Договору
на 2017 рік становить 195 465,00 грн. ( сто дев'яносто п'ять тисяч чотириста шістдесят п'ять
грн.00 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ 32 577,50 грн.
