У зв’язку із встановленням Національною комісією, що здійснює
державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг з 01 січня
2023 року тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК «Укренерго»,
(постанова від 21.12.2022 № 1788) та тарифу на послуги з розподілу (постанова
від 21.12.2022 №1796), керуючись п.12.3 Договору, а також у відповідності до
п.7 ч,5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.15 № 922-УІІІ та
підпункту 7 п. 19 Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і
послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”,
на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з
дня його припинення або скасування, затверджених постановою Кабінету
Міністрів України від 12.10.22 № 1178, Сторони домовились змінити тариф на
послуги з передачі та розподілу електричної енергії без зміни ціни Договору
