1. У зв’язку із виділенням додаткового фінансування Споживачу, сторони погодили викласти пункт 2 Додаткової угоди №1 до Договору розподілу природного газу №000252-БО(22) від 07.02.2022 року в такій редакції:
«Вартість послуг по даному Договору у 2022 р. становить 291971,76 грн. (Двісті дев’яносто одна тисяча дев’ятсот сімдесят одна гривня, 76 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ. Платіжні (бюджетні) зобов’язання за цим договором виникають щодо оплати частини предмета закупівлі за цим Договором в межах доведеної суми (у межах кошторисних призначень), яка складає 267641,00 грн. (Двісті шістдесят сім тисяч шістсот сорок одна гривня, 00 копійок), в т.ч. ПДВ.
В іншій частині оплата за Договором здійснюється за рахунок коштів Споживача.».
