Note:
У відповідності до частини 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», якою передбачено, що дія Договору може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, продовжити строк дії договору про постачання електричної енергії за державні кошти №240 Ж від 24.02.2017р. (далі – Договір), зазначений у пункті 10.1 Договору по 31.12.2017р. включно та встановити, що відповідно до статті 631 ЦКУ, умови цього Договору в частині постачання електричної енергії застосовуються до відносин між ними, які виникли до його укладання і діють з моменту його підписання по «31» березня 2018р. включно.

Постачання електричної енергії Споживачу у 1 кварталі 2018 року відповідно до бюджетних асигнувань 95179,68 грн. (у тому числі ПДВ 15863,28 грн.), встановлених кошторисом (тимчасовим кошторисом) на 1 квартал 2018 року здійснюється у межах встановлених обгрунтованих лімітів споживання у натуральних одиницях, наведених у додатку 1 "Обсяги постачання електричної енергії споживачу", що додається.
