1. Продовжити термін дії Договору, достатній для проведення процедури
закупівлі на 2020.
2. Пункт 3.1. Дог(*вору викласти в наступній редакції. «Загальна ціна
Договору, згідно з Розрахунком вартості надання послуг з охорони Об'єктів
охорони Замовника, наведеному у Додатку № 2 до цього Договору (далі -
Розрахунок), становить 934800,00 грн. (дев'ятсот тридцять чотири тисячі вісімсот
грн. 00 коп.) і включає в <зебе сплату усіх податків і зборів, обов'язкових платежів,
що сплачуються або макть бути сплачені та інші витрати, пов'язані з наданням
послуг охорони.»
3. Пункт 11.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції «Договір набирає
чинності з дня його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін,
скріплення печатками Сторін (за наявності) та діє до 31.01.2020 року, включно».
