Відповідно до п.1 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України від 25.12.2015 N922-VIII «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони, за взаємною згодою, домовились внести зміни до п. 4.1. розділу 4 «Сума договору та порядок розрахунків» , а саме: Загальна сума договору зменшується на 71 167 грн. 59 коп. з урахуванням ПДВ. та становить 1 140 952 грн. 41 коп. (один мільйон сто сорок тисяч дев’ятсот п’ятдесят дві грн. 41коп.) , з урахуванням ПДВ.

Note:
Згідно до ч.5 ст.36 Закону України від 25.12.2015 N 922-VIII «Про публічні закупівлі» та пункту 8.3 Договору про закупівлю послуг централізованого водопостачання від 08.05.2018р. №98/18В, (далі – Договір) «Дія цього Договору може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку», Сторони домовились внести зміни до п.8.1 розділу 8 «Строк дії договору» від 08.05.2018р. №98/18В, а саме: Цей Договір набуває чинності з дати підписання та діє до 31 березня 2019 року, але в будь-якому випадку, в частині розрахунків за отримані послуги з водопостачання цей Договір діє до повного погашення заборгованості за ним.

Згідно до п.5 ст.36 Закону України від 25.12.2015 N922-VIII «Про публічні закупівлі» (із змінами) та пункту 8.3 Договору про закупівлю послуг централізованого водопостачання від 08.05.2018р. №98/18В, (далі – Договір) «Дія цього Договору може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку», Сторони домовились внести зміни до п.4.1 розділу 4 Договору від 08.05.2018р. №98/18В, а саме:Доповнити п.4.1 Договору наступним реченням: «Сума 20% від суми, визначеної в договорі, складає 228 190 грн. 48 коп. (двісті двадцять вісім тисяч сто дев’яносто грн. 48 коп.), з урахуванням ПДВ»
