1. З метою проведення процедури закупівлі на наступній рік, відповідно до п.11.4. розділу ХІ. «Строк дії Договору та інші умови» пункт 11.1. викласти в наступній редакції: п. 11.1. Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання та укладається у частині постачання природного газу на термін до 28 лютого 2018 року, а у частині оплати за надані послуги – до їх повного здійснення. Даний Договір розповсюджує свою дію на відносини, що фактично склались між Сторонами з 01.01.2017 р. згідно Цивільного кодексу України статті 631 п.3.
