У зв’язку із тим, що «Підрядником» змінено склад та обсяги Робіт, що доручались для виконання, в кошторисну документацію було внесено зміни у порядку зазначеному у п. 53 Загальних умов укладання та виконання договорів підряду в капітальному будівництві, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 01.08.2005 № 668 та проведено повторну експертизу. Загальна сума договору залишилась без зміни. В подальшому обсяг робіт, їх зміст та загальна вартість узгоджуються та зазначаються Сторонами у Договірній ціні (Додаток №1 до додаткової угоди). Дефектному акті (Додаток №2 до додаткової угоди). Локальному кошторисі (Додаток №3 до додаткової угоди) та відомості ресурсів до локального кошторису (Додаток №4 до додаткової угоди).
