Згідно постанови НКРЕКП №1611 від 26.08.2020р"Про затвердження Змін до деяких постанов НКРЕКП", з 01вересня 2020року внесено зміни до Кодексу газотранспортної системи, серед іншого змінено нормативи в частині зменшення розміру допустимого добового відхилення(для замовників послуг транспортування з 10% до 3%), та збільшення величини коригування плати за добовий небаланс з 10% до 20%.

Сторони домовились продовжити дію договору з моменту підписання і діє в частині поставки газу з моменту фактичного постачання до 31 березня 2021р, але в будь-якому разі не більше запланованих обсягів, а в частині розрахунків до повного виконання.Загальний об'єм постачання природного газу на 2021 рік визначається додатковою угодою та не може перевищувати 20% суми договору, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.

Керуючись ч.1 ст. 631, ч1 ст651 ЦКУ, ст. 188 ГКУ, ЗУ"Про ринок природного газу №329-VIII від 09.04.2015р, Правилами постачання природного газу, що хатверджені Постановою НКРЕКП №2496 від 30.09.2015р зі змінами, кодексом Газорозподільних систем, затверджений НКРЕКП №2493 від 30.09.2015р зі змінами, п.8 ч. 4, ч. 5 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі в редакцій від 19.04.2020р. та іншими номативними актами уклали додаткову угоду про наступне: сторони ломовились збільшити суму Договору на 2021рік на 118367,64 грн втч ПДВ 19727,94 грн, що не первищує 20% суми Договору укладеного у попередньому році та збільшити загальнийоб'єм постачання природного газу на 18,33622 тис. м. куб.
