Відповідно ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25 грудня 2015 року № 922- VIII (зі змінами), Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди укласти цю Додаткову угоду про продовження строку дії договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі № 2 від 17.03.2017 р. (з урахуванням змін, внесених додатковими угодами до нього) 1. Сума додаткової угоди становить 62998,65 грн. (шістдесят дві тисячі девятсот девяносто вісім грн. 65 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ – 4121,41 грн.
