Керуючись положеннями Закону України «Про ринок природного газу», Цивільним кодексом України, Господарським кодексом України, на підставі пункту 2 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII, а саме: «зміни ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі», та відповідно до Експертного висновку Торгово-промислової палати України № О-566/01 від 03.09.2020 року, змінено ціну за одиницю товару, суму договору та зменшено обсяги постачання газу.
