Керуючись п.п. 8 п. 19 Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування, затверджених постановою КМУ від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 (зі змінами) та ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди продовжити дію Договору №
114/8_від 16.08.2024 року (надалі - Договір) на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку року, збільшивши обсяг закупівлі та суму, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі.

Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури
закупівлі, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної в п.4.2 Договору, а саме: 237 592,32
(двісті тридцять сім тисяч п'ятсот дев'яносто дві гривні 32 копійки) в т.ч. ПДВ 16631,46 грн.
(шістнадцять тисяч шістсот тридцять одна гривня 46 копійок) та загальна ціна товару без ПДВ 220
960,86 грн. (двісті двадцять тисяч дев'ятсот шістдесят гривень 86 копійок).згідно Специфікації, що
являється невід’ємною частиною цієї Додаткової угоди. Ціна цього Договору становить 1 455 252 ,96 грн у т. ч. ПДВ: 101 867,71 грн.
