Cторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі до 31.03.2022 року в обсязі 136948,49 грн. з ПДВ. (в т.ч. бюджетні кошти 129274,21 грн), що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі. Обсяг товару збільшено на 35547,473 кВт/год. Та у зв’язку зі зміною регульованої ціни(тарифу) на послугу з передачі електричної енергії пункт 5.1 Розділу 5 та Додаток №2"Комерційна пропозиція №1" викладені в новій редакції згідно додаткової угоди №3.
В результаті, загальна сума договору разом із пролонгацією становить 821690,94 грн. з ПДВ, обсяг товару - 216194,473 кВт/год.
