Note:
Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк виконання робіт до 01.05.2023 та термін дії Договору до 01.05.2023. У тексті Договору №18-22 від 11.03.2022 дати 11.12.2022, 31.12.2022 замінити датою «01.05.2023» у всіх випадках. Відповідно до ч.3 ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України Сторони дійшли згоди, що умови даної Угоди застосовуються до відносин між нами, які виникли на підставі Договору №18-22 від 11.03.2022 з 11.12.2022. Додаток №2 «Календарний графік виконання робіт» до Договору викласти в новій редакції, що додається.
