У зв’язку з відсутністю необхідних документів від Кабінету Міністрів України з приводу призначення реципієнтом Сумську міську раду для отримання допомоги у вигляді обладнання від Київської обласної військової адміністрації неможливо надати послуги з обслуговування автомобільним транспортом, а саме перевезення обладнання в термін до 01.12.2025 року до м. Суми, відповідно до укладеного договору. У зв’язку з цим виникла необхідність в продовженні терміну надання послуг. до 22.12.2025 р.
