Керуючись положеннями ЗУ «Про ринок електричної енергії», ст.41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі та відповідно умов Договору п.5.3.2 Сторони дійшли згоди внести до Договору наступні зміни: Викласти п.5.1 та п.2.3 у новій редакції: «5.1. Ціна за 1кВт*год електричної енергії за цим Договором становить 3,83333грн. без ПДВ, ПДВ-0,76667грн, разом з ПДВ 4,60грн. 2.3. Кількість електричної енергії за цим Договором: - 108410 кВт*год» Сторони домовилися, що умови цієї додаткової угоди застосовуються до відносин, що виникли з 20 жовтня 2022 року.

Керуючись положеннями ЗУ «Про ринок електричної енергії», ст.41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі та відповідно умов Договору п.5.4 Сторони дійшли до згоди зменшити суму Договору на 108929,20грн. та внести наступні зміни: Викласти п.5.2 та п.2.3 у новій редакції: «5.2 Загальна вартість цього Договору становить 321242,33грн., крім того ПДВ – 64248.47грн., разом з ПДВ 385490.80грн. Кількість електричної енергії за цим Договором: - 84277 кВт*год» Сторони домовилися, що умови цієї додаткової угоди застосовуються до відносин, що виникли з 20 грудня 2022 року.
