Відповідно до листа Постачальника від 11.11.2020 № 1093, в якому зазначено, що препарат "НовоЕйт" (Фактор коагуляції крові VIII (рекомбінантний) 500 МО) виробляється у дозуванні 500 МО у флаконі, по одному флакону у картонній коробці, тому у Постачальника немає можливості поставити заявлену у договорі кількість одиниць - 4 732 061 МО, оскільки вона не кратна дозуванню одного флакону без залишку, Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити обсяг закупівлі продукції до 4 732 000 од. та загальної ціни продукції до 10 978 110 грн.00 коп. та внести відповідні зміни до Договору, з урахуванням кратності упаковки.
