Note:
Сторони керуючись частиною п’ятою статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та з урахуванням Додаткової угоди № 1 від 27.12.2017 погодились збільшити ціну Договору від 13.02.2017 № 6 на 243 047,62 грн. Пункт 3.1. Договору викладено в наступній редакції: «Ціна цього Договору становить 1 519 047,62 грн (один мільйон п’ятсот дев’ятнадцять тисяч сорок сім грн. 62 коп.) без ПДВ». Пункт 10.1. Договору викладено в наступній редакції: «Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами і скріплення печатками Сторін та діє до 28 лютого 2018 року, а в частині здійснення розрахунків до повного його виконання». Додаток 1 до Договору від 13.02.2017 № 6 викладено у новій редакції.
