керуючись положеннями Цивільного кодексу України та Господарського кодексу України, а також положенням ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року, а саме: «дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватись на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку». «Сторони» уклали дану додаткову угоду.

Керуючись ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони вирішили продовжити дію Договору № 1581/КХТ від «12» березня 2018 р. на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а саме на суму: 94353,08грн., (Дев`яносто чотири тисячi триста п`ятдесят три гривнi 08 копiйок), в тому числі ПДВ.
