Відповідно до ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», та п. 10.1, 10.2 Договору № 202101737 від 28.02.2022 року уклали Додаткову угоду. 1. Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії Договору до 31.03.2023 року в обсязі 140736,50 грн. (Сто сорок тисяч сімсот тридцять шість гривень 50 копійок) в тому числі ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі. Ціна Договору становить: 853667,92 грн. (вісімсот п’ятдесят три тисячі шістсот шістдесят сім гривень 92 копійки), у тому числі ПДВ* 142277,99 грн . Кількість (об’єм) відходів на 2022 рік складає : (2667,40 тон) - розрахунок здійснюється за власні кошти підприємства; (253,60 тон) - розрахунок здійснюється за рахунок коштів з місцевого бюджету; Кількість (об’єм) відходів на 2023 рік складає: (500 тон) - розрахунок здійснюється за власні кошти підприємства; (50,72 тон) - розрахунок здійснюється за рахунок коштів з місцевого бюджету. Термін надання послуг: з моменту укладення договору до 28.02.2023 року.
