Керуючись частиною шостою статті 41 розділу VIII «ДОГОВІР ПРО ЗАКУПІВЛЮ» Закону, викласти пункт 11.1. розділу 11. «Строк дії договору» Договору у новій редакції:
«11.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання його Сторонами і діє до 31 березня 2023 року, а в частині взаєморозрахунків до повного їх виконання.».

Керуючись частиною шостою статті 41 розділу VIIІ Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 922-VIII (зі змінами і доповненнями), пунктами 12.1., 12.2. розділу 12. «Інші умови» Договору, Сторони дійшли до згоди пункт 3.1. розділу 3. «Ціна договору» Договору викласти у новій редакції: «3.1. Ціна Договору на 2022 рік становить 537 996,00 гривень (п’ятсот тридцять сім тисяч дев’ятсот дев’яносто шість грн. 00 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ 7% - 35 196,00 гривень.
Вартість Товару достатня для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2023 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в 2022 році складає 107 599,20 гривень (сто сім тисяч п’ятсот дев’яносто дев’ять грн. 20 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ 7% - 7 039,20 гривень.
Ціна цього Договору становить (з урахуванням збільшення до 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в 2022 році) 645 595,20 гривень (шістсот сорок п’ять тисяч п’ятсот дев’яносто п’ять грн. 20 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ 7% – 42 235,20 гривень.».
